Countryside Dairy will set-up and operate a network of branded, company owned dispensers shops, which will sell quality, 100% Countryside Dairy processed pasteurized milk (and any other dairy product they deem viable in future). This first Kenyan processer owned and controlled retail network is an innovative way of efficiently bringing refrigerated, quality dairy products, conveniently to the urban mass market. The dispensed volumes per sale can vary and can start relatively small, therefore addressing the fluctuating spending power of its target audience.

This innovative retail concept brings a quality product to the urban mass market and aims to be an alternative for the available dispenser milk which is often adulterated, therefore contributing to the food security in these urban areas. The company aims to source from a growing network of supplying farmer groups and cooperatives who they will actively support for improved yields and quality via its own development program. Furthermore, the company will create an additional 100 high quality jobs in the next 5 years.
