Ten Senses Africa (TSA) is a macadamia trading company founded in 2008. TSA is organic and fair-trade certified. The company aims to link farmers to high value export markets in the US and Europe. TSA has a processing facility in Nairobi with a focus on high quality practices and according to FSSC 22,000 compliance standards. TSA sources from 5,000 farmers and provides training on pruning, post-harvest handling; inputs; certification and market for additional crops. TSA also manages seven macadamia nurseries in different regions in Kenya and Rwanda, as well as a cashew nursery on the Kenyan coast where it is rejuvenating the cashew industry by training farmers to increase yields from the existing cashew nut trees and by planting new ones. The company is zero-waste using the shells as fuel for the driers and having a market for all by-products.

DOB Equity has invested in the company to further expand the processing capacity of the business.
